settled.

When we first moved into our house, I went through a couple of days of "this isn't really that different from living in an apartment".  My girls are still by my side at all times and my room is littered with toys.  We still get up, eat breakfast, and have a similar routine. 

But lately, things have changed.  The girls have settled...and it feels so good. 

They've settled into every other placed we've lived, but not quite like this.  

We went home to visit family and Afton cried for her bed every night- she hasn't ever done that. 

Emme sleeps all night long- she's never done that. 

They want to be home and play at home and live at home- they haven't ever been like that. 

Its fun to see them like the place we chose.  To live in it and let it become ours. 

We are insanely blessed.
