I wrote this big long post about our summer. It went by dates so that everyone could see how crazy it has been. But, once I went to submit it, I realized my internet had timed out and now I have nothing.
Here is the condensed version. . .
We moved to Utah. A week later, Kenton was contacted by someone about a job opening in a company he had wanted to work for. They interview him, he got the job, we moved to Colorado. In between all this, Kenton's sister got married, we miraculously found a place to live in our new state of Colorado, we visited family, we had two people back out on us for taking over our lease in Utah, at the very last minute we found someone to take over our lease in Utah, we went to a four day family reunion in Bear Lake, we drove home and packed up our U-Haul (with the amazing help of our brother-in-law Fernando), we drove to Colorado (with the amazing help of my dad who drove the U-Haul), and we are now here in Colorado and loving it!
It has been a crazy busy summer but it has taught us many things.
#1. We have a loving Heavenly Father who wants the best for us and will provide a way -eventually.
#2. We have the most amazing, supportive family. They have helped us so much through all this craziness- we would not know what to do without them.
#3. We love our little family. Nothing like some good long stress to make you realize that you married the most amazing, patient, supportive man you could have ever dreamed of. And we have the cutest kid who makes us laugh even when we don't feel like it! We are extremely blessed!
We're so happy for you guys Britt. We're sad we didn't get you for very long in Utah, but I'm sure your Colorado experience will be an amazing one. We're planning on coming out to visit you one of these days.
